Wellness
Takes Work.

"Sweat" is not just about the gym. It's a mindset. Good mental health doesn't happen by accident — it requires intention, consistency, and the willingness to show up for yourself, even on the hard days.

This campaign invites you to actively pursue your mental wellness. Therapy is not a last resort for when you're broken. It's a tool — a training ground for your mind. We're here to demystify it, normalise it, and make it accessible.

Every Tee
Funds a Session.

Young people in Kenya are at significant risk of mental health challenges — and the majority cannot afford the help they need. That's not acceptable to us.

Every Sweat for Your Sanity T-shirt you purchase directly funds therapy access for young people. Through free consultations, subsidised sessions, and pro bono cases, your purchase becomes someone else's breakthrough.

Real Help.
Real Access.

We know cost is a barrier. We know stigma is a barrier. We're removing both. Whether you need a first conversation, an affordable path into therapy, or full support you cannot currently afford — we've built this for you. No shame. No waitlist. No reasons not to start.

All youth offers are supported by our in-house therapists — qualified, compassionate professionals who have committed to making mental health care reach those who need it most.

Step 1 · Free

Free Mental Wellness Consultation

A confidential 10–15 minute online session with a licensed therapist. No charge, no commitment. This is your space to ask questions, share what's on your mind, and find out what support looks like for you. Available exclusively for young people.

Step 2 · Subsidised

Therapy at 50% Off — Only KES 1,000

Our standard therapy sessions are KES 2,000. For young people, we've cut that in half. Ongoing sessions with our in-house therapists at a price that respects your reality.

Step 3 · Pro Bono

Full Funded Therapy — For Those Who Cannot Pay

During your free consultation, if it's determined that you cannot afford even the subsidised rate, your case will be considered for full pro bono support. Funded entirely by T-shirt sales. No one is turned away.

How It Works.

01

Order the T-Shirt

Purchase your limited-edition SFYS tee. Your money directly supports youth therapy access in Nairobi.

02

The fund pays for free consultations

Young people in Nairobi get access to a free 10–15 minute session with one of our licensed therapists. No cost to them, no forms, no barriers. The T-shirt sales cover it.

03

The therapist assesses what support is needed

During the consultation, the therapist gets to understand the young person's situation — including whether they can afford ongoing therapy. This is a safe, confidential conversation. No judgment.

04

The right support is assigned

Pro bono/subsidized cases are identified during consultation and covered by T-shirt sales.

"Therapy is not a sign of weakness.
It is the bravest form of strength."

We are building a Nairobi where asking for help is as normal as going to the gym. Where your mind gets the same care as your body. Join us.

Our In-House Team
