At Convo Africa, we prioritize fairness, transparency, and compliance with Kenyan
consumer law. Please read our terms carefully.
1. Digital Subscriptions & Single Issues
- Defective or Misrepresented Content: If digital content is defective, not as
described, or misrepresented, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or
redress under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. - Accessed Content: Once you’ve accessed or downloaded digital content,
refunds will not be issued, except where legal rights apply.
2. Print Issues
- Defective or Misrepresented Copies: If the print issue is damaged or doesn’t
match its description, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic
proof. You’ll be offered a replacement or refund. - Change-of-Mind Returns: We may offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if
the item is returned in its original, unused condition, and return shipping is at
the customer’s cost.
3. Subscriptions
- If we fail to deliver the subscribed service within 30 days, you may cancel and
receive a full refund, in line with consumer agreement law Kenya Law. - If content has been accessed, this right doesn’t apply.
4. Event & Workshop Registrations
- 30+ Days Before Event: Full refund
- 15–29 Days Before Event: 50% refund
- Within 14 Days of Event: No refund
- Transferable: Attendee substitutions are allowed at no extra cost.

6. Processing Timeline
- Valid refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, though banking
systems may cause additional delays.
7. Policy Updates
Convo Africa may amend this policy at any time, effective immediately upon
posting. We encourage periodic review.
