At Convo Africa, we aim to deliver your purchases quickly and reliably. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and related responsibilities.

1. Digital Products (E-Magazines, Subscriptions, and Digital Content)
- Digital products are delivered instantly via email or through your online account upon
successful payment. - If you experience any delays in receiving your digital purchase (e.g., email delivery issues or
access errors), please contact us at sales@convo.africa for immediate assistance. - No shipping fees apply to digital products.
2. Print Products (Magazines, Special Issues, and Other Merchandise)
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time (Kenya): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery Time (International): 10–21 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, or
circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on delivery location and package
weight. - Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a
promotion. - For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import
charges imposed by the destination country.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number (where applicable) via
phone text or email. - Customers can use this number to track the progress of their delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us within 14 days of the
expected delivery date. - Convo Africa is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by
the customer. - If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be borne by the
customer.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the
damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. - If items are missing from your delivery, report within 3 business days of receipt.
7. Events & Workshops (Tickets & Registrations)
- Event tickets or confirmations will be sent electronically via email after payment.
- No shipping fees apply.
8. Policy Updates
Convo Africa reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
