By agreeing to this form, you confirm that you:

Nature and Purpose of Services
- Convo Africa provides a digital platform that connects you with licensed and accredited therapists and counsellors for professional mental health support.
- These sessions are conducted online via video, phone, or messaging.
- Services provided are talk-based support and do not include medical diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency interventions.
Confidentiality & Privacy
- Your personal and health information will be kept strictly confidential.
- Information may only be disclosed:
✅ If required by law.
✅ If there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others. - Convo Africa complies with Kenya’s Data Protection Act (2019) and implements secure systems to protect your data.
Risks and Limitations of Online Counselling
- Online sessions depend on technology and internet connections, which may occasionally fail. If technical issues arise, your therapist will attempt to reconnect or reschedule the session.
- Online therapy may not be appropriate for all cases. Your therapist may advise seeking in-person or specialist services if needed.

Convo Africa is not an emergency service.
If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, please immediately:

Visit your nearest hospital.
 Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our platform.
- You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your session without penalty.
- Late cancellations may result in a fee as per our Terms of Service.
Payments
- All session fees are payable at the time of booking.
- Refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Your Rights as a Client
You have the right to:
✅ Ask questions about your sessions at any time.
✅ Access and request correction of your personal information.
✅ Withdraw your consent for online therapy (though fees for completed sessions are non-refundable).
