The HiP Ngaru programme is a structured, 30-day community activation — from the training room to the streets of Kerugoya.

Three Saturday mental health clinics offering free, confidential therapy to any Ngaru community member — staffed by qualified professionals from Convo Africa’s network.
Young people from Ngaru paint the community they aspire to build — a full-day creative session guided by a professional mural artist, leaving a permanent legacy.
